WDA Denver can work with any host, if you already have one. For many of our clients, we provide shared hosting services in affiliation with ICDSoft Hosting. Our own site is hosted at ICD, and we’ve been affiliated with them since 2003. In most cases, we offer the first year of hosting free with a website design contract, with a low annual fee of $96 for each year thereafter (including domain name registration!).

Care and Feeding of Your New Website

A stagnant, static website is the sign of a business not paying attention. With WDA, whether we designed the original site or not, there are several options for maintenance packages, including monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance contracts, as well as hourly maintenance rates. All of our clients get access to our Support Ticketing System, where you can submit maintenance requests or website performance issues 24 hours a day. Each ticket is blasted to our entire staff by email and SMS (text message), so each issue is given direct, prompt attention.
